About the Role

The Junior Payroll Administrator role at Bright Placements offers an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the payroll function. In this exciting position, you will assist with the accurate and timely processing of employee pay, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Help respond to employee payroll queries in a professional manner
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files
Assist with payroll reports and audits as required

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numeracy skills
Basic IT skills, particularly Excel
Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
