About the Role
Construct Executive Search is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Gauteng. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in quantity surveying principles. The successful candidate will assist in estimating, cost management, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing tender documents and estimates
- Conduct site visits to gather data and take measurements
- Develop and maintain accurate records of costs and expenses
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Registered with SACQSP as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor
- Registered with ASAQS
- 2-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn specialist software
- Strong negotiating skills

- Formal education/certifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying (required)
