The Junior Trainer will be responsible for creating content for the training department and delivering basic training programs to relevant stakeholders including clients and staff.  The Junior Trainer may work with a variety of different software applications but primarily focused on teaching others how to use the software that the company sells and uses every day.

Requirements:

– Matric
– A minimum of 2 years work experience in training related fields
– Diploma/Degree (preferred)
– Course/Certification in training related topics

Some of the Responsibilities of the Role:
– Conceptualising and creating basic training material using various mediums including Word, Powerpoint, Videos.
– Ensuring training materials meet all requirements in terms of the project implementation of the customer.
– Uploading training materials to Moodle.
– Creating testing documentation for third-party and own products while completing testing in line with technical specifications.
– Develop and manage training material to fit the latest product details.
– Basic knowledge and understanding of third-party and our own products.
– Staying up-to-date on third-party and our own products.
– Scheduling appropriate training Meeting Requests via WebEx or Microsoft Teams or any other required medium.
– Conduct remote and in-person basic training sessions for staff and clients.
– Understand and implement effective training in line with the curriculum.
– Taking ownership of project training for specific project implementations on third-party and own products.
