Gauteng: Legal Secretary – Bonds posted by Zecutive Consultants

Requirements:
Matric essential, relevant qualification advantageous
– Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in a conveyancing department, working with Bonds
– At a minimum, 2 years of working with Bond cancellations essential
– Knowledge of Bond registrations in legal practice, of any or all of the major banks, will be highly beneficial
– Must be eager to learn from experts in the field of conveyancing and a keen team-player 
– Knowledge of Deed Transfers will be advantageous but is not essential
– Fully Bilingual – Afrikaans and English
– Excellent communication and people skills
– Meticulous attention to detail 
– Must be computer literate, knowledge of conveyancing and bonds related software essential
– Ability to work well in a team as well as independently, and to perform effectively under pressure

Remuneration:
Market related – negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
