- Overall supervision and responsibility of all employees on this production line
Duties
Ensuring that the required resources and material are available for production to run smoothly.
Ensure that the quality of work meets the company standard and promotes the importance of quality.
Ensure that maximum production levels are maintained through clean manufacturing environment.
Ensure good house-keeping practices are followed by the line staff.
Oversee that change over are done effectively and in a timeous manner.
Ensure and sign off the machines, daily cleaning checklists WH03 per machine.
Record and report the total downtime per shift to the Plant Manager.
Responsible for ensuring that production deadlines are met.
Ensure that the production area is free of safety violations.
