Job Description

Minimum Responsibilities

Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Strong Financial understanding
Candidate must have 5 – 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations.
Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock analysis
Tracking the progress of shipments
Ability to compile reports and compose general business correspondence
Exposure and implementation of the Kanban Warehousing
Knowledge and know-how export in import
Manage the daily movement and storage of RM goods from warehouse to Factory and finished goods transferred from factory to finished goods warehouse
Manage the receiving and storage of RM goods purchased from third parties
Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts (SLA) and rates
Daily coordination with transport Logistics Company
Planning, loading and dispatching export containers
