Job Summary
This role combines operational finance responsibilities with involvement in special projects.

Duties:
- Conduct cost analysis and manage financial performance across regional branches.
- Lead a new department, overseeing regional cost accountants, service and parts managers, and a team of 16 inventory controllers.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Engage with various stakeholders, from wash bay staff and branch managers to the COO.
- Travel to branches when required to ensure alignment and provide financial support.
- Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honours Accounting (CTA)
- Fully Qualified CA(SA)
Experience:
- 4-6 years of post-articles experience if a CA(SA)
- Completed Articles at the Big 4 firms
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on cost management and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to build rapport across all organisational levels.
- Experience beyond audit roles – leadership and management skills required.
