Job Summary
Role: An EA serves as the right-hand person to executives, ensuring smooth business operations, managing schedules, and handling confidential matters. They act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and key clients.
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support
- Managing executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Handling correspondence (emails, calls, memos).
- Drafting and proofreading documents.
Operational Support
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hospitality regulations.
- Managing vendor contracts, orders, and supplier relationships.
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Organizing corporate meetings, events, and staff training sessions.
- Handling logistics for special events and promotions.
Customer Relations & Marketing Support
- Managing social media accounts and promotional campaigns.
- Handling guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Coordinating PR and media inquiries.
Key Skills:
- Strong Organizational & Multitasking Skills – Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – clients, and staff professionally.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Quick thinking in dynamic hospitality settings.
Requirements:
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES Programme before.
- Education: Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management and Technology , or a related field.
