Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for entering orders into Shopify, coordinating with print vendors, and providing general administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: -Accurately enter customer orders and updates into Shopify and other internal systems. -Review order details to ensure all information is complete and correct prior to processing. -Coordinate with print vendors to submit orders, confirm production timelines, and track fulfillment status. -Maintain clear records of order confirmations, shipping details, and vendor communications. -Assist in resolving order-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or special requests. -Support the team with miscellaneous administrative tasks and mini projects as needed (e.g., data entry, preparing reports, organizing digital files). -Provide responsive internal support to ensure order flow stays on schedule. Skills and Qualifications: -Prior experience with order entry, data entry, or e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience strongly preferred). -Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. -Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams. -Comfortable using technology, including spreadsheets, cloud storage, and collaboration tools. -Proactive and flexible mindset to jump in where needed and adapt to shifting priorities.
