Job Summary
- Make outbound calls to generate new business and sell products/services.
- Qualify leads and build rapport with prospects.
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; sales or marketing qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
- Experience with CRM software is beneficial.
