• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of automotive parts.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring availability while controlling costs and minimizing obsolescence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with panel beaters, workshops, and dealerships to grow sales.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and sales staff on automotive parts.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, stock records, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and train staff to maximize efficiency, service standards, and product knowledge.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales, performance, and market trends.
• Uphold a high level of customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive parts management.
• Proven panel sales experience with strong industry relationships.
• Solid knowledge of automotive parts, stock control, and sales processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in relevant software (ERP systems, MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license.

Package:

• R30 000 basic salary per month.
