PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDANCE SPECIALIST  experience with payroll Software –  SAGE 300 or SAGE PREMIER
* Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic Macros)
* MS Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
* Diploma or Batchelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting,
   HR , Financial or related field (NQF L6-L7)
* Minimum 4-5 Year’s experience in Payroll Officer Role – FMCG,
   Paper&Pulp OR Manufacturing Industry

.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Payroll accurately and timely
• PAYE, UIF, CODIA/WCA, SARS Bi-Annual & Year-End submission(IRP 5, IT3), IRP 501
• Understanding of BCEA, Labour Relations, Income Tax Act, Employment Equity
• Manage Time Attendance Systems
• Calculate wages and deductions
• Prepare and distribute paychecks
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Legal Regulations
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• CLEAN CRIMINAL & CREDIT RECORD – will be verified
