As a Process Engineer, you’ll provide critical support to engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring optimal assembly and production capabilities. You’ll lead process automation initiatives, plan new product assembly lines, and implement continuous improvement projects that boost efficiency and reduce costs. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional passionate about leveraging the latest industry technologies to enhance manufacturing performance.

Education:

• BEng / BTech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in process automation (essential)
• Strong knowledge of plant layouts, CAPEX projects, and cost optimization
• Competencies in:
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Systems & Process Optimization
  • Project Management (MS Project or similar)
  • Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for continuous improvement
