• Matric / High School; Technical qualification or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production Management preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
