About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Mining Manager to join their team in Mokopane, Limpopo. Lead the charge in the dynamic world of mining as the Mine Manager, where your strategic prowess and leadership will carve the path to unparalleled success, unlocking the hidden treasures of our future.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mine planning strategies to optimize production and safety
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage a team of mining personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly
Requirements
- BEng/NDip in Mineral Resource Management or Mining Engineering
- Blasting Certificate
- Extensive Knowledge in Mine Planning Software (MineRP, Deswik, Studio 5D planner etc)
- 4 + years underground mining experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R2.8Mil/yr – R1.8Mil/yr
