My client is seeking a driven individual who can take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage external partners, and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders. You’ll play a key part in defining project scope, driving progress, and implementing improvements that strengthen delivery processes across the business.

Education:

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP/Prince2 certification an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years’ project management or project lead experience
• Background in electronic product design and development (preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Sciforma, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Projects

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to delivery
• Develop project charters, scope definitions, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and quality standards
• Manage budgets, timesheets, and approval of subcontractor invoices
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle
