Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent
communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of conference projects, under supervision of the project manager.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, tailoring event plans to meet their specific goals and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of all event components.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to keep events on track and within budget.
- Oversee on-site event execution to guarantee a flawless experience for attendees.
- Monitor project performance and provide post-event reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships and repeat business.
- Ensure all activities align with values of professionalism, creativity, and integrity
Requirements
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the programme before.
- Must be able to multitasking and be creative on doing their functions.
- Must be a Team worker, Flexible and open to change.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
