Job Summary
Are you a dynamic Change Manager looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about implementing and developing change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption and usage of required changes? Then this is the job for you!
What You`ll Do:
- Create change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals.
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify and engage key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programmes.
- Coach and mentor staff through the change process.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Manage the change portfolio.
What You Bring:
- Ability to tailor change management methodologies to suit each unique project or change initiative.
- Strategic and forward thinking.
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
- A bachelor`s degree in business, management, psychology, or a related field.
- Change management certification.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus.
