Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate.
- Tertiary Education related to the position (advantageous).
- MDA or MRI programme experience (Non-neg).
- Exceptional Excel skills.
- Property industry experience (non-neg).
- 2 years’ experience within a similar role.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Creditors and debtors.
- Basic bookkeeping.
- Interpret income figures.
- Accurately Capture supplier invoices according to payment frequency on the approved electronic system by checking that all invoices are signed by the respective head of department, always check the invoices against the statement, payments requisition and purchase order.
- Always follow up on outstanding invoices from the Operations department before processing payments. Follow up on outstanding accounts by calling suppliers and always preparing a recon before payments.
- Checking the invoices against the Tax validation checklist.
- Preparing Recons, Posting Journals, Payment edit list and Remittance.
- Administer purchase order requisition.
- Administer Payment requisition.
- Assets Control Management.
- Capturing Travel Payments.
- Processing Payment batch.
- Tagging newly purchased Asset.
- Administration Support and handle account Efficient processes.
- Manage monthly invoicing of rental statements for both residential and commercial properties.
- Draft and renewed lease extensions, enhancing tenant agreements on quickly sign software.
- Process new applications and refunded rental deposits upon lease termination.
