Job Summary
- Perform routine maintenance on various types of pumps, including centrifugal, diaphragm, and submersible pumps, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose mechanical issues within pump systems using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Replace or repair faulty pump components such as seals, bearings, motors, and impellers to prevent leaks and ensure optimal performance.
- Install new pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Test and adjust pump systems to meet specific pressure and flow requirements, documenting performance metrics for compliance and quality assurance.
- Fabricate and modify parts as needed using welding and machining tools to ensure a perfect fit and function within the pump system.
