Job Description
- Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend effective, practical solutions
- Perform maintenance and repair work to a high standard and within reasonable time frames
- Carry out advanced removals, replacements, and diagnostic procedures as per daily work orders
- Assist managers with workshop operations, including pricing of work orders, requisitioning parts, organizing the workshop, and mentoring junior staff
- Adhere to all manufacturer specifications, procedures, and quality standards
- Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations when operating tools, machinery, and equipment
- Support other service department roles as needed, depending on operational demands
- Carry out any additional duties that contribute to customer satisfaction or are assigned by management
- Always deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements / Qualifications:
- RED SEAL Certification – Trade Tested and Certified Technician
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience on Passenger Vehicles as a Qualified Technician in a dealership / automotive environment working in Suzuki brand vehicles
- Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, software, and technical equipment
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Automotive Dealership experience is ESSENTIAL!!
