Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand our service offering beyond company installations into full commercial plumbing and maintenance contracts.
- Drive the performance, profitability, and regional growth of the Service & Maintenance business.
- Identify opportunities, prepare accurate costings and proposals, and secure profitable contracts.
- Build long-term partnerships with property owners, facilities managers, and contractors.
- Manage end-to-end delivery — from scoping and pricing through to resource planning, quality control, and client handover.
- Motivate, brief, and support plumbing teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with internal Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track and report on pipeline, financials, and operational performance for the region.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified plumber or technical background with extensive experience in commercial plumbing.
- Proven success in managing or running a plumbing or maintenance business.
- Demonstrable ability to survey, price, and deliver complex commercial projects.
- Track record of winning new business and securing long-term service contracts with major clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and cost structures.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Based in Gauteng, with a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Established network of commercial or property-sector contacts in the region (advantageous).
