About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at TAC Recruitment in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of customers looking to purchase caravans, while also ensuring that our caravan stock is immaculately presented and regularly inspected for quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and conduct in-depth consultations to identify their specific travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Confidently present features, layouts, and technical specifications of new and pre-owned caravans, including towing requirements.
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries via phone, email, and social media to convert prospects into buyers.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and finance options while preparing all necessary sales contracts and handover documentation.
  • Ensure caravan stock is immaculately presented and regularly inspected for quality.
  • Participate in national and regional caravan shows to generate new business and represent the brand.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally
  • A genuine interest in outdoor lifestyle or camping for establishing credibility with customers
  • A valid driver’s license is essential
  • Availability to travel to shows
