Job Summary
1. Customer Engagement and SupportAssist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget.Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of each model.Address customer queries regarding financing, warranties, and after-sales services.2. Sales Process ManagementManage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing the sale.Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers.Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.Follow up on sales leads and potential customers generated from advertising or other sources.3. Product KnowledgeStay up-to-date on all vehicle models, features, financing options, and promotions.Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, performance, and technology.4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues.5. Sales Targets and ReportingMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership.Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management on progress toward targets.6. Collaborative ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the dealerships finance and insurance departments to offer customers a complete buying experience.
