Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Packaging Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting high-quality packaging solutions to meet customer needs.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the packaging industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present and promote packaging products to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- A valid driver`s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus).
- Prior experience in packaging sales or a related field is preferred.
