Job Description
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Salary Planning process knowledge.
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies. Strong commitment to quality
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC).
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).
- Experience in SAP HCM (H4S4).
- Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors.
- Exposure to multinational work environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
