What You’ll Bring

Essential Requirements

• 4-5 years’ experience leading and delivering SAP IBP projects
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning (mandatory)
• Proven ability to work effectively within global teams across multiple time zones
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders internationally
• Deep understanding of process integration between planning and execution systems, particularly ERP

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP IBP Certification
• Experience with SAP IBP Optimizer and Order-Based Planning
• Knowledge of CPI and CPI/DS

Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery

• Create quality solution documentation and technical specifications
• Participate in design discussions and evaluate solution scenarios
• Identify RICEFW objects and provide effort estimations for functional tasks
• Lead issue resolution post go-live and manage transition to support

Client Engagement

• Facilitate and lead client workshops on Integrated Business Planning
• Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and process alignment
• Develop functional design documents and perform system configurations
• Guide user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and business fit
• Author integration specifications for seamless enterprise system connectivity

Leadership & Development

• Actively engage in developing junior resources within the firm
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building
• Lead knowledge sharing through training and documentation
• Support business development by identifying value-added service opportunities

Team Collaboration

• Work with a global mindset alongside teams in the UK, Germany, Middle East, and beyond
• Deliver solutions on scope, time, quality, and budget
• Co-create solutions with international consultants
• Demonstrate care and commitment to team and business success
