About the Role
Communicate Finance is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth and revenue objectives through comprehensive marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape direction, influence growth, and build something sustainable within a growing consumer business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth and revenue objectives
- Own brand positioning and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social, email, CRM, SEO, and app communication platforms
- Drive app-related marketing initiatives, including launches, loyalty programmes, customer engagement, and CRM campaigns
- Leverage data, insights, and market research to guide decision-making and performance optimisation
- Manage and deliver campaigns across digital, retail, events, and app environments
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, promoting ownership and high standards
- Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and relationships with internal stakeholders
- Produce clear reporting and insights for senior leadership, identifying opportunities and risks
Requirements
- 7–10+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role within consumer-led, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG environments
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes through integrated marketing activity
- Strong people leadership experience with internal teams and external partners
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline
