Role requirements : · BSc/ B Tech in Quantity Surveying · 10 years experience with a strong focus on large-scale retail, commercial and mix-use developments. · Must have experience with CCS Candy and Win QS. · Knowledgeable of construction contracts like NEC, JBCC, FIDIC · Registered as SACQSP candidate and/or SACPCMP Candidate.
