• Matric, NQF Level 6 or 7, CFP or CFA candidates or enrolled
• Experience within the Financial Service Industry will be beneficial
• Must be computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Driver’s licence and own car is a must to visit clients
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
• Strong people skills are required

Duties will include, but is not limited to:

• Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships.
• Responsible for nurturing long-term customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
• Serving as a main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, managing relationships, providing information about products and services, and fostering client loyalty by ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
