• Taking responsibility of the operation during night shift.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and deficiency reports
• Client liaison and professional client relationship
• Incident management
• Incident investigation
• Willing to work 12 hour night shifts
• Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code
• Ensure that all company SOP’s are followed
• Coordinating sub ordinates during shift
• Handling of informers and intelligence
• Underground duties
• Ensure strict compliance with company disciplinary procedure during shift

 
 Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:

• PSIRA certification – Grade A
• Grade 12
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and excel (computer literate)
• Experience of a Gold Plant and a Gold shaft is compulsory
• Experience of Gold and General related investigations and clandestine operations will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Camera and Alarm Systems
• Valid Business Firearm competency in handgun, shotgun and rifle is compulsory
• Must be willing to undergo polygraph test
• The ability to communicate and present at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure
• Reporting directly to Contract Manager on a daily basis
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
• Drivers licence
• Must have his/her own transport(own vehicle)
• Own accommodation.
