Minimum requirements: Grade 12 with relevant qualification in General Office Administration/Data Capturing/logistics/supply chain management Computer Literacy 2 year work experience in a store/warehouse environment Valid Driver’s License  Willingness to learn Willingness to work overtime and weekends as and when required Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Afrikaans Experience in a consumer / retail environment in the building supply industry will be advantageous   Computer Literacy is a must.
Physical and Environmental requirements: Incumbent must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions with exposure to the heat & dust elements. 
Key performance areas (inclusive but not limited to): Execute all administrative functions accurately in an effective and efficient manner Process and capture  data on SYSPRO Receipt, issue and dispatch of goods and products   Inspect incoming deliveries (quantity and quality) and report damages, abnormalities and variances Execute stock inventory, accuracy levels and logistics (storage and distribution of goods) Assess stock supply and reorder status Maintain high level of discipline to accurately succeed in daily administrative tasks Counter sales as and when required Provide administrative support to Admin Controller as and when required.
