Reporting to: CLO
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 4 yrs experience)

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in stores/warehouse management, preferably in the power station or construction industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Forklift license/experience (advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
• Issue tools, equipment, and consumables to teams as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock takes.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Enforce safety procedures within the store area.
