Gauteng: Temporary Foreclosure Legal Litigation Secretary posted by ARCS

• Prepare and process legal documents related to foreclosure proceedings, Drafting Default Judgments, Notices of Sale in Execution, and Section 129’s , 86’s & 88 Notices for a Standard Bank.
• Draft, issue, and send summonses for service, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of foreclosure cases, including updating the bank’s systems and tracking deadlines.
• Achieve a minimum of 80% in Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
• Coordinate negotiations and settlements of payment arrangements with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
• Keep the bank’s systems updated with relevant information and documentation related to foreclosure proceedings.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with LegalSuite (Advantageous).
• Working knowledge of CACS (Advantageous) and SB Legal / MyAttorney (Advantageous).
