Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in their search for a Financial Accountant. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
  • Managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
  • Performing bank reconciliations and managing accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns and compliance reports
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
