Job Summary
TRAINING & WORKSHOPS:-Conduct engaging work readiness workshops and skills development courses through online platform and partners.-Deliver financial literacy training tailored based on the beneficiaries` needs.-Customize the work readiness curriculum to resonate with the community.MONITORING & COACHING:-Create growth plans for beneficiaries and support them in making progress according to the plan.-Conduct quarterly meetings to track progress and provide ongoing coaching.-Prepare individuals for interviews and offer guidance on small business management.-Assist with bursary and job applications, paving the way for future success.ADMINISTRATION:-Maintain accurate records for beneficiary registration, attendance and progress.-Manage project administration tasks, including updating resource database, beneficiary files and minute of meetings.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:-Matric with a pass in life Orientation and Accounting/Business-Small business management, or entrepreneurship qualification advantageous-2 years experience in working with Youth or in skills training. Mentoring and coaching experience are advantageous.-Police Clearance.
