George: Administrative / Receptionist Clerk, George

Our client, based in George , is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and organized Administrative & Reception Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist customers, manage bookings, maintain petty cash records, and contribute to marketing efforts on social media. This role requires excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English , attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment. Minimum Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in administration, reception, or office support Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic office software Strong organizational and time management skills Professional and approachable demeanor for customer interaction Skills Required: Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries Assist customers and provide clear, courteous feedback Log hours, maintain records, and manage office documentation Bookkeeping and management of petty cash Handle basic bookings, purchase orders, and office supply orders Support social media marketing efforts (posting, monitoring, and engaging with audiences) Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to the team Manage petty cash and bookkeeping related to office expenses Assist with social media marketing campaigns and online engagement Remuneration: R8 000 – R10 000 Basic IMPORTANT: Applications close 31 October 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client’s minimum requirements will be contacted
