Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and upload operator schedules and routes on the system
- Answer and manage telephone calls professionally (phone etiquette required)
- Assist with general office administration tasks
- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Support the operations team as needed
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:15 – 16:30
Training:
- Full training on the company system will be provided
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy is essential
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly
- Reliable and punctual
