Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins and address any guest concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience for guests throughout their stay.
- Handle any on-site issues or emergencies efficiently and effectively.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to the resort`s night operations.
Requirements:
- Computer literate with general administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult guests with professionalism.
- Must have sober habits and maintain good health.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
- Must reside on the resort (accommodation provided).
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license is required.
Note: The candidate will be required to reside on the resort – accommodation will be provided.
