• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for HVAC projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare accurate costings.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to track progress and verify completed work.
• Manage tender documentation and assist with the procurement process.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
• Provide regular financial and progress reports to management.
• Identify potential risks and provide cost-saving recommendations.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (Degree/Diploma).
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor 
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration:
Market-related salary package, based on qualifications and experience.
