Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Ensure excellent store presentation and stock management Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance Handle financial aspects, including budgets, expenses, and cash-ups
Requirements:
â??ï¸ 3 years experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail â??ï¸ Strong sales, merchandising, and customer service skills â??ï¸ Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure â??ï¸ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities â??ï¸ Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Location: George, Western Cape Start Date: ASAP Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
