Job Summary
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in transport coordination or logistics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IQ Retail is beneficial
- Knowledge of the local area and road networks is an advantage.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily deliveries in the George and surrounding areas
- Keeping schedules and booking of all deliveries
- Liasing with sales staff
- Liasing with satellite branches on all orders/deliveries
- Fleet management and maintenance – booking of services,renewing license discs, daily vehicle checklist on all vehicles
- Record keeping of delivery trip sheets, checking invoices vs trip sheet to ensure all invoices are accounted for
- Credit note checks on stock returns and breakages
- Checking of orders before trucks leave to ensure correct stock is loaded
