George: Treasury Sales Consultant

Description: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with direct clients and key introducers to ensure long-term engagement and retention. Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, canvass, and execute strategies to acquire new business, including corporate and direct clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities. Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in training programmes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organisation. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry events, strengthen key relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Use CRM tools to track performance, monitor pipelines, and report progress to support strategy refinement.
