About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Retention to manage and grow long-term client relationships within the Engineering sector. This role focuses on client satisfaction, contract renewals, and strategic retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients
Coordinate service delivery between internal teams and client stakeholders
Proactively manage contract renewals and retention strategies
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client business goals
Monitor client satisfaction, renewal cycles, and service metrics
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with delivery, finance, and technical teams to resolve issues
Support continuous improvement in client engagement and retention outcomes

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in account management, client services, or retention
Industry experience in engineering, capital equipment, or technical services
Understanding of modular engineering, project lifecycle, or process equipment (advantageous)
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, Syspro)
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
Proven success in renewal management, client satisfaction, and commercial negotiation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering
