Hire Resolves client is looking for an experienced Administration Clerk to join South Africas number one cold meat manufacturer in Germiston, Gauteng. This individual will form part of a team that deals with all backoffice
administration across sales, internal and external operations, general reports and various daily tasks.

  • Invoicing of orders.
  • Preparation of paperwork for national distribution.
  • Communicating with distributors around the country.
  • Preparation of orders for picking process.
  • Assisting in coordinating sales and operations daily.
  • Building monthly reports.

????????????:

  • 3 years experience.
  • Proven experience in administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be versatile.
  • Work in high pressured, fastmoving environment.
  • Work weekends, public holidays, and long hours.
  • Work in a team, take clear direction from colleagues.
  • Great at planning, organizing and problem solving.
