Qualifications – Aminimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or facilities management – strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously – Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic – Good communication and interpersonal skills,with experience interacting wirh a variety of stakeholders such as property owners,tenants,and contractors – knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices, as well as basic plumbing,electrical, and carpentry skills. -proficiency with google suite and microsoft office and social media,with experience using property management software preferred. – A good understanding of billing of utilities is a must. – A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
