Assistant to the operations manager performing the below duties Tracking and tracking of all cross-border vehicles Preparing dispatch documents for all cross-border vehiclesArranging local collections nationally Preparing tolls and driver trip allowances Monitoring of fleet insurances and claims Managing driver performance reports Preparing vehicle trip costings Assisting with cross-border issues and queries Candidate must have a valid drivers license Available to work on weekends and after hours if required Preference will be given to candidates with a general knowledge of cross border operations.
