About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Germiston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on manufacturing industry practices. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of work, including accurate leave capturing and HR record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR records and ensure compliance with labor legislation
  • Process employee leaves and maintain accurate attendance records
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources Department within the manufacturing industry

Qualifications
