About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Germiston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on manufacturing industry practices. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of work, including accurate leave capturing and HR record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR records and ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Process employee leaves and maintain accurate attendance records
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources Department within the manufacturing industry
- Strong experience handling large volumes of work
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and basic labor legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Relevant HR qualification / certification (e.g. BCom HR or equivalent)
- Matric certificate
