Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the sales department with administrative tasks, customer service, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Key Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation. Maintain and update customer information on internal systems. Assist the sales team with administrative support and follow-ups. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email. Coordinate deliveries, schedules, and order tracking. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures. ? Requirements Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales Administration or similar role. Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
