KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Support & Customer Engagement Source new business opportunities (including SLA renewals and tenders). Prepare and submit SLA renewals within required timeframes. Assist in submitting tenders for HVAC solutions and related services. Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on all quotes. Distribute and track customer feedback surveys. Reporting, Finance & Forecasting Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and forecast reports. Assist with pricing and quoting, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Monitor sales margins and support the sales team in achieving profitability goals. Administration Capture and maintain sales leads, SLA renewals, and customer records. Assist with social media and online presence. Perform ad hoc administrative duties to support sales and service teams. Assist with reception/telephone duties one day per week. Compliance & Procedures Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Team & Culture Be a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the work environment. REQUIREMENTS Matric certificate. Proven administrative experience, in a sales environment. (minimum 3 years) Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, quoting, or cost analysis. Solid organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of the HVAC industry will be advantageous.
